CANCELLATION POLICIES – 2020/2021 SEASON
1) Cancellation policies WITHOUT “MAESTRI CRISTALLO GUARANTEE”
Right of withdrawal To exercise this right, the customer must send the Cristallo Atp ski and snowboard instructors a communication to this effect, within 24 hours from the start of the purchased lessons. Such communication must be sent by e-mail to info@maestriscicristallo.it. Once the aforementioned has been received notice of withdrawal, Cristallo Atp ski and snowboard instructors will issue the voucher for the same amount spent, which can be spent within the current season for the service purchased o for other services.
In case of withdrawal after 24 hours, the customer will be required to pay the full balance of the purchased product, without refund rights or vouchers.
COLLECTIVE COURSES: Group courses are based on the fact that, in order to start, it must be established a group. To respect the work of the Masters and other enrolled students, it is NOT possible to request good value once the course has started.
2) Cancellation policies WITH “MAESTRI CRISTALLO GUARANTEE”
The customer will have the right, when booking, to pay an amount increased by 10% of the
total amount to take advantage of the MAESTRI CRISTALLO GUARANTEE.
The aforementioned Guarantee will give the customer the right to withdraw at any time, with a refund of the amount paid, subject to proof of one of the following cases:
– accident or illness of the pupil or pupils demonstrated with a medical certificate indicating the same dates of the lessons and courses booked,
– obligation of quarantine of the pupil or pupils during the period in which the usufruct was foreseen of the service purchased, demonstrated with suitable documentation,
– impediment caused by ministerial provisions with roadblocks between Regions, demonstrated with suitable documentation. The impossibility of reaching Monte Bondone o in returning to their residence.
